Christine McKenna, MS, LICSW, MLADC, CCTP, Director, Rockingham County Drug Treatment Court

Christine received her Master of Arts from Springfield College in Organizational Management and Leadership and a Masters of Social Work from Boston University.  She is certified in New Hampshire as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and a Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor; she is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.

Christine is a criminal justice-focused treatment professional with 30 years of experience working in the criminal justice system. She retired from the State of New Hampshire in 2012 as chief probation/parole officer in Rockingham County, working with offenders who most often were diagnosed with co-occurring disorders around substance misuse, mental health disorders and trauma histories.

She joined Harbor Care in 2014 as director of the New Hope Program in Manchester, NH before assuming the role of director for the Rockingham County Drug Treatment Court in 2016. 

Christine also teaches criminal justice curriculum at local colleges as well as providing consulting services and training to corporations in areas of wellness, sexual harassment, suicidality, mental health and substance use disorders.
